How do I purchase online?
If you want to purchase any item online, just click on “Buy Now” or if you want to make the payment later, then you can click on “Add to Wish list”. Click on “Check Out” when you are ready to purchase the item you have selected.
Please fill the required information like shipping address, customer information etc. After that, select your preferable payment method and then click on “Confirm order” Your purchase order is now complete.
You will now receive an email from us confirming your purchase details.
How do I register with C9?
Follow these steps to register:
1. Click Register at the top right corner of the page.
2. Enter your personal details
3. Click on Submit
You are now registered with C9.
What should I do if I forgot my Username or Password?
If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on “Forgot Password” and enter your registered email id. You will then receive a link on your registered email id. Click on that link and reset your password.
I got an error while placing the order. I am not sure whether the order is placed?
For every successful order, you will receive an email confirming the order. In case if you have not received mail, we request you to place the order again.
How do I use a coupon code?
Add a product in cart and enter your coupon code in the box mentioned as Discount Codes and click on “Apply Coupon” button. Discounted amount will reflect in the Grand Total.

Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that C9's trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net-Banking. Cash on delivery option is also available, on select pin codes.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card?
Yes it is safe to use your credit/debit card. We use third party payment gateways for collection of credit/debit payments.
These gateways are PCI-DSS certified and also hold verification certificates by Visa and Master Card
Are there any hidden charges (VAT, Service or Sales Tax) levied when I make a purchase?
No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on C9. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
What is to be done incase of payment failure?
In such cases, please go back and retry.

The amount has been deducted from the account but the order has not been placed?
In such case you need to mail us or call us on our number +91 97991 65695 and you are required to give all the details regarding the order you placed. Then we will place the order on your behalf & we will dispatch your order accordingly.

When and how can I cancel my order?

Do you provide Cash on Delivery?
No, we do not provide Cash on Delivery Service.
How can I check whether the product is shipped or not?
Once we dispatch your order, you will get a mail with the tracking details. You can track your order on courier partner website by entering tracking details.
What if I want to place an order of a product that is out of stock?

Is there any limit to the quantity that I can order for?
No. However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may contact you to verify your order.
How do I exchange / return a purchased item?

Once you return your order, please send us a scan copy of your courier slip within 5 working days. What is your return / refund and replacement policy?

Do I need to pay shipping charges for any items returned to you by courier?
No we offer FREE shipping on returns. You can courier any item you wish to return and we will refund the entire amount. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
In case I change my mind about certain colors or size, can I get them exchanged?
Yes. For most products, you can exchange unused items. Some products are excluded because of hygiene purpose. For details on which products are excluded from this list, please refer to our return policy for more details.
When will I receive my refund amount for the products I have returned?
First of all, we will need to receive the original products back to our warehouse. Once it’s received, it will take us 14 working days to process any refund amount.
I have received a wrong product. What shall I do?
We truly regret the inconvenience caused. If it is not as per your expectation, you can mail us for same. We will do needful for the replacement of the product.
There is no pick up facility in my area. What should I do?
