1. Where do you deliver?
Currently we are offering delivery of our products in India only. We request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
2. What if there was an error in the address?
Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
3. What is the estimated time of delivery?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned for every product. Usually, it takes somewhere between 8-10 business days from the day of order placed. However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 15 business days.
4. What is the shipping cost?
We are offering free shipping on purchase of goods above Rs. 999. In case of purchase below Rs. 999 shipping charges will be displayed at the time of shopping.
5. How do I track my order?
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
6. What if I can't find my tracking number in the courier company website?
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take up to 72 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
7. Will I be charged for the delivery by the courier company?
There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices are including applicable taxes.
8. What if there was an error in the address?
Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.
9. What happens if my delivery is delayed??
Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail. A full refund can be applied in such situations. However, any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order. In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or the full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we will contact you and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel unshipped part of order based on your convenience and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner in which you have made the payment*
10. What if the package is damaged when delivered?
If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email us at customercare@c9airwear.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
11. Is courier the only option to receive my order?
Some locations in India are served by India-Post.
12. What happens if the product I purchased is out of stock?
Our endeavor is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However in case this is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 10 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
13. What if you had to cancel my order for some reason?
In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 10 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
Exchange & Returns
14. What is the process of return?
- First of all you need to login into your account on c9airwear.com
- Click on RMA option in the left side menu and click on "Request New RMA".
- Choose order ID on which you want to apply return / exchange and Fill all the mandatory details and click on submit request
- You will receive an email on your registered mail ID
- We will arrange a reverse pickup or you can also ship product to us on below address:

15. The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 15 Day Replacement Policy:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product that has been washed/ used/ worn.
- Any product not in its original condition
- Any product that is not in a condition to be resold.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any product sold in sales promotion/sale scheme is not returnable.
16. How is the value of credit calculated?
- The value of the refund will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.
- In applicable cases, the courier return charges will be added to the amount.
17. What are the items/services that cannot be returned?
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.
- Cash cannot be claimed against gift card/ coupons.
- No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
- Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
- Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.
18. How much time it takes for an exchange or issuing of credit or refund?
- We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us minimum 14 working days to process any refund/exchange or issuance of credit in your wallet/Bank/Credit Card.
- In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 21 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
19. How do I cancel my order?
We want you to be 100% happy with our products. In case, After placing an order if you change your mind, but before it is dispatched (within 24 hours of order placement), you just have to inform us by sending an email mentioning your order number to customercare@c9airwear.com. Please note that c9airwear has a right to reject cancellation request. Orders once dispatched from our side cannot be cancelled and you have to accept your order at time of delivery.
