Exchange and Returns Policy is responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 15 days of delivery to get a 100% refund. We offer free and easy returns through courier pickup; you do not have to bear any courier shipping charges for returns.

What is the process of return?

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 15 Day Replacement Policy:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
  2. Any product that has been washed/ used/ worn.
  3. Any product not in its original condition
  4. Any product that is not in a condition to be resold.
  5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  6. Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  7. Any product sold in sales promotion/sale scheme is not returnable.

How is the value of credit calculated?

  1. The value of the refund will be equal to the final amount paid by you (after discounts) at the time of purchase.
  2. In applicable cases, the courier return charges will be added to the amount.

What are the items/services that cannot be returned?

  1. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.
  2. Cash cannot be claimed against gift card/ coupons.
  3. No item that has been sold as part of a multipack can be returned as an individual item.
  4. Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions, or using credit coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
  5. Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.

How much time it takes for an exchange or issuing of credit or refund?

  1. We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us minimum 14 working days to process any refund/exchange or issuance of credit in your wallet/Bank/Credit Card.

How do I cancel my order?

We want you to be 100% happy with our products.
